Help cats in our community!

Your gift will help us further our mission of ending cat overpopulation through high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter services in Southwestern PA! Since 2000, our twice-monthly clinics have sterilized and vaccinated an average of 1,600 cats every year! More than half of these cats and kittens receive care completely free of charge, with the remainder fixed at a very low cost, ensuring that every caretaker can access help. This lifesaving impact is only possible because of supporters like you. Together, we’re preventing thousands of unwanted litters, reducing suffering, and creating healthier communities for cats and people alike. Our sister organization, Pittsburgh C.A.T., is the foster-based adoption arm of HCMT, giving friendly cats and kittens a second chance. Every cat is spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea-treated, combo-tested, and microchipped before finding a home. A team of dedicated volunteers carefully screen adopters and matches each cat with the right family. Together, Pittsburgh C.A.T. and HCMT place an average of 300 cats and kittens into loving homes every year, turning rescues into lifelong companions.
